Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking a Senior Counsel - Litigation to lead global litigation strategy and management. You will oversee complex disputes, coordinate with outside counsel, and advise senior leadership on litigation risk in a regulated medical device environment.

The role reports to the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and requires a JD with strong experience in product liability and corporate investigations.

Qualifications

• Manage a diverse portfolio of complex litigation and disputes including product liability and contracts.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee all phases of litigation from pleadings to appeals.

Responsibilities

• Lead worldwide legal support and provide strategic guidance on complex litigation.
• Manage outside counsel, budgets, and staffing to improve efficiency and value.
