Job summary

STARLIMS Corporation is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver accurate and timely technical support for STARLIMS products. You will own support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with engineers to resolve complex problems while maintaining clear customer communication.

Based in Singapore, travel to customer sites may be required within the contractual SLA. The role emphasizes English communications, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience programming with SQL and an OO language (C# or equivalent).
• Experience with RDMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, MS-SQL.
• Experience with reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Tableau).
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is desired.
• Based in Singapore, willing to travel and onsite within SLA.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned support tickets, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop deep expertise in STARLIMS application configuration and functionality.
• Perform remote analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
• Monitor incident tickets and manage investigations, tests, resolution, and escalation as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve support processes.
• Contribute to global support improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Recommend system enhancements to reduce recurring user issues.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers to ensure high satisfaction.
