GLG is seeking a Project Specialist to join our Life Sciences Research Team in New York. You will manage day-to-day project workflows, ensure quality deliverables, and engage with clients to capture requirements and questions.

This execution-focused role supports senior researchers by enabling efficient progress and solutions. Success requires data literacy, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across research, sales, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 1–3 years of market research, consulting, or related experience.
• Familiarity with life sciences is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project workflow across internal teams.
• Review survey edits and deliverables; flag ambiguities with proposed solutions.
• Participate in client calls and intake meetings; capture notes and questions.
• Lead feasibility checks, proposal drafts, and pricing with senior guidance.
• Collaborate with research, sales, and operations to keep projects on track.
