Job summary

Argus Media Group, via Argus Analytics, is seeking a Senior Manager, Critical Minerals to lead a growing subscription portfolio and shape its research agenda. You will build an international analyst team and craft new analytical products while delivering evidence-based insights to senior industry decision-makers.

Reporting to the Global Head of Metals, you will expand client relationships, guide commercial conversations, and ensure analytical rigor across end-to-end mineral supply chains.

• Market authority gained through demonstrable sector expertise, research leadership and client credibility in market intelligence, consulting, or relevant industry roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a strategy that cements Argus as the market leader in critical minerals analysis.
• Initiate and guide research into drivers and issues impacting the long-term business environment for companies involved in all aspects of the critical minerals ecosystem.
• Act as one of Argus’ most senior external voices on critical minerals market developments, including executive briefings, conferences, webinars, flagship research and client engagement.
• Continuously develop the content, delivery formats and analytical methodologies that underpin the team’s subscription services.
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing international team of analysts, ensuring analytical rigor and strong market-facing communication.
• Support Argus’s commercial organization through high-impact client demonstrations and insight-led discussions.
