Job summary

Sanofi in Morristown, NJ seeks a Launch Packaging Lead to implement packaging vision for new launches across solids and injectables. You will drive packaging strategy, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and manufacturing to ensure end-to-end packaging excellence.

The role requires leading a global team, ensuring sustainability, and aligning with regulatory timelines while advancing patient-centric packaging strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, pharmaceutical sciences or other relevant scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in driving packaging launch initiatives, packaging engineering or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing injectable or solid packaging projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive 45+ NPI/new launch projects globally, leading packaging engineers to meet milestones on time, on budget and on quality (≥95% execution adherence).
• Lead packaging design for New Product Launches with sustainability considerations and 3Ps assessment (Patient, Planet, Performance).
• Lead documentation standards for new product registrations (NCEs) ensuring regulatory filings meet global requirements.
