As Launch Packaging Leader, you will be accountable for implementing our packaging vision & mission for new launches projects, execute the packaging strategy, and manage roadmaps and processes for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging of injectable/solids. You will play a crucial role in achieving the company's ambition to become an industry leader in this specific area. You will work closely with the Global Area Head of Packaging to transform the organization's mindset and create a culture where end-to-end packaging for injectable or solids is part of our DNA and patient‑centric approach.

The salary range for this position is: $133.500,00 - $192.833,33
