EF Language Abroad is seeking a Sales and Admissions Coordinator for our Boston office. The role focuses on meeting and exceeding ambitious sales goals, handling high-volume outbound calls, and managing leads in a fast-paced environment.

You will promote language courses abroad and support prospective students through the admissions process. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 1–2 years in sales or recruitment, with a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–2 years of work experience in sales or recruitment; recent grads with strong experience welcome.
• Goal oriented and competitive.
• Creative with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Self-motivated and ambitious with ability to manage projects with minimal direction.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to meet prospective students throughout the year.
• Role based full time in Boston office.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through database and lead management.
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategy.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Maintain a daily high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.
• Respond to customer needs as a team player.
• Take the lead using available tools to help customers travel on a language course abroad.
• Develop and promote relationship-building activities, including fairs and exhibitions.
• Occasionally work weekly late shifts as needed.
• Reach and exceed sales goals.
