Job summary

CorDx is seeking a Program Director to oversee cross-functional programs within its In Vitro Diagnostics portfolio. The role involves managing complex product development from concept through commercialization, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with strategic objectives. This position requires a strong background in project management, leadership, and knowledge of the biotech landscape.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in biotech, diagnostics, or medical device industry.
• 5+ years in program/project management in a regulated environment.
• PMP certification or formal training in project/program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program teams across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Quality, Operations, and Commercial.
• Develop and manage detailed program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure programs meet regulatory requirements and support submission readiness.
