Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Project Manager for an 8-month contract in Wayzata, MN. You will lead the global transition of IT managed services across multiple regions, coordinating roughly 15 workstreams and coordinating with external vendors.

Candidates in Wayzata or within one hour of the Minneapolis time zone are preferred. The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, including global IT implementations and strong vendor management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, including 4+ years in senior roles
• Experience leading large-scale, global IT implementations across regions
• Strong vendor management, accountability, and escalation of issues
• Proven ability to develop detailed project plans for scope, cost, staffing, risks, and timelines
• Experience with IT managed services implementations or MSP transitions

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight of a large-scale global IT MSP transition across regions
• Coordinate ~15 concurrent workstreams with dependencies, milestones, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for scope, cost, staffing, risks, and status
• Manage vendor communications and ensure adherence to schedules and commitments
• Identify risks, mitigate obstacles, and escalate issues requiring stakeholder decisions
• Provide timely reporting on progress, risks, costs, and staffing to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project data in project and performance tools
