Job summary

Central Intelligence Agency is seeking Telecommunications Services Officers to serve as the on-site IT accountability point in CIA communications centers overseas, responsible for operating, maintaining, installing and managing complex LAN and WAN platforms with close IT support for a diverse customer base advancing national security objectives.

Responsibilities include handling voice communication systems, RF and satellite capabilities, and supporting emergency power and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferably in a STEM discipline including Electronics and Communications Engineering Technology, Computer Network Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology.
Equivalent relevant civilian or military work experience (minimum of four years) in IT services management/delivery in an enterprise environment.
At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale.

Responsibilities

Act as the on-site point of accountability for IT in CIA communications centers overseas.
Operate, maintain, install and manage complex LAN and WAN platforms with close IT support to diverse customers.
Support conventional and tactical voice systems, RF/satellite communications, and assist with power/HVAC systems as needed.
