Chain IQ is seeking a Team Leader, IT Strategic Sourcing to lead a global team of Strategic Sourcers. You will guide complex IT sourcing programs, coach peers, and engage executive stakeholders to drive value and client satisfaction.

In a multinational setting, you will shape sourcing strategies, manage risk, and ensure delivery excellence across software, cloud, and infrastructure initiatives for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or commercial experience.
• 3-5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing high-performing sourcing teams.
• Experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives and large-scale negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Strategic Sourcers and Senior Strategic Sourcers.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple high-value IT sourcing initiatives across software, cloud, hardware, and services.
• Ensure delivery quality, on-time completion, and value creation for clients.
• Drive knowledge sharing, benchmarking, and adoption of best practices across IT sourcing.
