Job summary

Starr Insurance seeks a Senior Director of Global Service Delivery to architect and lead its enterprise-wide IT support and service management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 12 years’ progressive experience in IT service delivery or infrastructure operations, with 5+ years in a global leadership role.
• Advanced ITIL certification required.
• Experience building and managing global Help Desk and enterprise service management.
• Expert-level experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Freshworks) including implementation and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance background.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified global IT service delivery strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead large-scale Help Desk and infrastructure monitoring operations.
• Oversee Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management globally.
• Drive platform integration and automation across multiple ITSM platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs, contracts, and performance targets.
• Champion user-centered service delivery and continuous improvement across regions.
