Talan is seeking an IT Project Manager in New York to work on Global Markets Operations projects. The candidate should have over 5 years in finance or banking IT along with Agile/Scrum expertise, managing projects using Jira. Qualifications

• +5 years in finance or banking IT, with a mix of business analysis, development, and project management work.
• Agile or PMP background, ideally on Operations or Regulatory IT projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Agile Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the IT project plan in Jira, syncing with the global program plan.
• Track IT change requests, budgets, and dependencies end-to-end.
• Ensure IT documentation is up to date and properly archived.
• Coordinate IT testing and deployment activities.
• Communicate project status clearly and regularly.
• Drive delivery readiness at each phase gate.
