Deliverect is seeking a Head of IT and Procurement to lead global IT infrastructure, vendor management, and security across our fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. This hybrid role involves coordinating with offices in Madrid, London, Ghent, and remote teams, while negotiating contracts and shaping IT strategies that enable scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Procurement, or Systems Engineering in a B2B SaaS company during rapid growth.
• Expert systems administrator with hands-on experience managing SaaS identity and access management tools and endpoint management.
• Data-driven strategist who can devise high-level strategy and implement pragmatic solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical and financial concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Strategic IT Leadership (approx. 25%): Drive global IT strategy aligned with growth and build scalable processes.
• Procurement & Vendor Management (approx. 30%): Own end-to-end software/hardware procurement and enterprise contracts.
• Systems Administration & Security (approx. 20%): Implement data governance, zero-trust, and endpoint management.
• Asset Management (approx. 15%): Build models to evaluate discounts and vendor deals with KPI dashboards.
• Global Team Support & Innovation (approx. 10%): Support distributed teams with tailored hardware strategies.
