Job summary

Quick USA Inc. in New York, NY is seeking an IT PMO to support large-scale Global Markets system enhancements and releases. The role requires coordinating with multiple technology teams and stakeholders, tracking progress, and reporting status in both Japanese and English from our New York/head office network.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in PMO or IT project coordination, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and hands-on experience managing multi-stakeholder IT initiatives in financial services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Coordination, or similar IT role.
• Experience coordinating complex IT projects with multiple tech teams and stakeholders.
• Strong project tracking and reporting skills, consolidating updates into clear status reports.
• Excellent stakeholder management with proactive follow-up and action driving.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English for coordination with local and head office.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities for large-scale Global Markets system enhancements and releases.
• Identify and engage stakeholders across upstream/downstream system teams to understand dependencies.
• Follow up with stakeholders to collect updates and drive timely progress.
• Consolidate status across workstreams and report progress to PMO and stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, and actions to keep projects on track.
• Act as liaison between New York office and head office in Japanese and English.
• Coordinate testing activities across related system teams with progress tracking.
• Develop tracking tools, reports, and presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint.
