Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the central client–vendor coordinator for a global network segmentation initiative. Based in Neenah, WI, you will drive internal deliverables, risk mitigation, change management and migration readiness across multiple sites with a focus on security governance and zero downtime.

You will liaise between client stakeholders and our implementation partner, manage communications, and oversee governance for cybersecurity programs.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Experience leading global infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or manufacturing technology initiatives.
• Proven success managing programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Leading organizational change management efforts.
• Acting as the primary liaison between the client and the implementation partner.
• Coordinating activities between cybersecurity teams, network engineers, equipment managers, and plant-floor process engineers.
• Developing and executing project communication plans.
• Managing project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Conducting production-impact assessments.
• Coordinating migration schedules and cutover activities.
• Ensuring adherence to planned maintenance and change windows.
• Managing internal governance activities related to cybersecurity and compliance.
• Supporting IEC-62443-related program controls.
• Overseeing third-party vendor remote access governance processes.
• Providing executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Driving successful implementation with zero unplanned manufacturing disruption.
