Job summary

The position oversees infrastructure security, ERP/CRM initiatives, vendor relations, and project management while maintaining compliance with corporate IT standards. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 6-8 years of industry experience with demonstrated success in IT management.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience leading an ERP conversion is required.
• Experience working within a regulated industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align IT strategies, infrastructure, and policies with the company's vision and goals.
• Partner with business unit leadership to identify opportunities where IT can improve operational capabilities.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and security of networks, servers, and related infrastructure.
• Lead ERP/CRM integrations and IT project delivery within budgets and schedules.
