Job summary

Knorr-Bremse Technology Center India Private Limited is seeking a Global IT Team Lead for Product Design (CAD/CAx). You will lead a worldwide ME IT team, shape the tool landscape (CAD/CAx, PLM, simulation) and drive AI-enabled innovation in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities include steering product ownership, roadmaps, governance, and collaboration with Engineering, R&D and Quality to deliver value. Strong leadership, vendor management and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Engineering IT supporting CAD/CAx, PLM and eng. apps.
• 5+ years leading global IT application support/administration teams.
• Experience managing enterprise engineering platforms, vendors and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global IT team across ME engineering IT landscape (CAD/CAx, PLM, simulation).
• Drive standardization, governance, and AI-enabled innovation in engineering IT.
• Own product roadmaps, prioritize features with stakeholders, and manage cross-functional delivery.
• Ensure seamless integration of ME tools with PLM/ERP and data platforms.
