Job summary

You will coordinate with cross‑continental teams (US/India/Finland), manage Google Workspace and essential SaaS apps, and implement IAM/MDM to secure a distributed fleet of devices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT infrastructure, a relevant degree, and certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL, with a proven track record of delivering reliable, high‑uptime environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Systems/Infrastructure
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE or related field
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL are a plus
• Experience with IAM (Okta), MDM (Jamf/Kandji/Intune), Google Workspace and enterprise SaaS

Responsibilities

• Architect, scale, and maintain Skylo’s internal IT infrastructure and networks.
• Own global IT footprint across offices in US, Finland, and India.
• Manage cloud productivity suites (Google Workspace) and SaaS tools (Slack, Jira/Confluence, GitHub, Zoom).
• Design and implement RBAC and IAM workflows; manage device fleet (macOS/Windows).
• Ensure security, compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and high uptime.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for cross-functional IT issues.
• Identify and automate repetitive IT workflows using scripting and AI-driven tools.
