Job summary

You will docket deadlines, maintain records, coordinate with inventors, business teams, and outside counsel from our corporate headquarters. The role requires 4+ years in IP paralegal work, strong data-management skills, and proficiency with IP tools and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in legal, business, or related field.
• Four+ years of IP paralegal or docketing experience.
• Working knowledge of U.S. and foreign patent and trademark procedures.
• Experience with patent/trademark docketing and deadlines coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer global patent and trademark portfolios and support IP lawyers.
• Maintain accurate matter records in IPfolio and related systems.
• Track deadlines, renewals, and filings with internal teams and outside counsel.
• Prepare reports for patent review meetings and portfolio updates.
• Coordinate assignments, powers of attorney and inventor documents.
