Koch Capabilities Finance ITP is seeking a leader to drive global Accounts Payable operations and service delivery across multiple regions. You will partner with Molex and Koch leaders to optimize trade-offs between cost, risk, and performance while maintaining strong internal controls.
The role emphasizes matrix leadership, talent development, and the use of SAP/S4HANA and other ERP tools to achieve best-in-class service delivery in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
The Koch Capabilities Finance ITP team is a global capability that partners with the Koch businesses to provide critical financial services in invoice processing, payments, vendor support and other Accounts Payable activities. Our team has a global footprint with services provided to Koch companies in every major region around the globe. T this role will be dedicated to supporting Molex, a dynamic and fast-paced organization operating across diverse industries. The purpose of this role is to help drive operational excellence that supports Molex’s mission to shape the future through innovation, growth, and industry-leading solutions
For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000 - $170,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
