Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field and 4 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field OR 6 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field.
• Experience leading complex investigations across multiple business units or environments.
• Strong interviewing, analytical, and investigative reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations across multiple business units, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, fraud, and misconduct.
• Develop investigative strategies, analyze evidence, conduct interviews, and prepare reports.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and external agencies to support investigations and mitigate risk.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend process improvements to strengthen controls.
• Mentor investigators and provide guidance to ensure investigative excellence.
• Drive execution of global investigation plans with compliance to legal and ethical standards.
