Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Groveport, OH is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support accurate counts, scanning, and data entry. You will perform weight or carton counts, log discrepancies, and communicate status to the Inventory Manager.

You may travel to third-party locations to complete counts this year. The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year in inventory control, ability to lift 25 lb, operate an order picker and turret truck, and proficiency with Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of inventory control experience.
• Able to lift 25 lb and operate material handling equipment.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and work scheduled hours.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word; reading and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory counts by weight or scanning of every carton.
• Log errors with item, location, and count; communicate status to Inventory Manager.
• Count and scan every soft and hard location; log discrepancies.
• Enter inventory movements into the system and report status to supervisor.
• Assist with cycle count processes and third-party returns.
• Aim for 95% accuracy in inventory records.
• Travel to third-party locations to complete counts as needed.
