Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a visionary Head of Internal Tax who will act as the firm’s senior enterprise leader for its internal tax function. This role demands deep technical expertise, executive presence, and the ability to shape global tax strategy across domestic and international matters.

You will guide tax policy, drive compliance, and partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and Treasury leadership to elevate tax governance and operations. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in U.S.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of U.S. partnership taxation, including K-1 reporting and allocations.
• Experience leading tax compliance, planning, risk management, and governance.
• Ability to advise senior leaders on complex tax, regulatory and business matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal tax strategy, planning, risk management, compliance, and execution.
• Advise firm leadership on internal tax strategy and tax implications of business decisions.
• Oversee U.S. partnership tax functions, including compliance and reporting.
