Job summary

RSM US LLP in the United States seeks a Tax Partner to join our Corporate Tax practice. You will lead client service, guide engagements, and advance tax strategy for multinational clients while leveraging technology-enabled delivery.

You will manage teams, develop business, and contribute to growth across capabilities and markets, coordinating across disciplines and geographies with a focus on quality and ethics. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited university.
• Active CPA license in the state of residence or primary office.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of Tax experience in public accounting.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to meet client service, quality, and performance expectations within deadlines.
• Ability to communicate clearly with firm personnel and clients.
• Effective project management and multitasking capabilities.
• Travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior tax client service leader or capability leader.
• Lead teams delivering tax services across capabilities, industries, geographies, and specialists.
• Manage multiple engagements or client portfolios with scope and quality.
• Identify tax matters early, consult with specialists, and guide teams.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and understand client goals.
• Support growth through pipeline development, client transfers, and market activity.
• Manage profitability, billing, and engagement economics.
• Apply quality, risk, ethics, and professional judgment.
• Use digital tools and standardized processes to improve efficiency.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Lead with an enterprise mindset aligning to firm value and client outcomes.
