Job summary

NetJets is seeking an Internal Auditor to support the annual global audit plan, perform internal control testing, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves travel (~10%), interacting with corporate and subsidiaries, and delivering audit programs for global and regional initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience, a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, and a CPA/CIA/CISA or progress toward designation, with strong communication and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA, CIA, CISA or active progression towards designation preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and SOX.
• Experience evaluating and improving internal controls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent work planning and time management abilities.
• Ability to interact with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audit programs for global and regional projects.
• Evaluate compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare audit reports and assist in interviews and quarterly updates.
• Understand department functions and support ad-hoc projects.
• Perform SOX testing including balance sheet reviews and certifications.
