Job summary

AbbVie’s Global Internal Audit function seeks a detail-oriented professional to plan and execute risk-based audits across U.S. and international locations.

You will analyze large data sets from SAP and compliance databases, partner with stakeholders, and present findings to audit leadership, driving improvement in AbbVie’s control environment. The role requires 3+ years in a client-facing setting, a Bachelor’s Degree, and travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a major public accounting, consulting or law firm in a client-facing capacity.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• CIA, CPA, CFE, MBA, or JD a plus.
• Broad knowledge of FCPA and healthcare industry.
• 15-35% travel to AbbVie's international and U.S. locations required.
• In office/face-to-face interaction at head office and audit locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits of various processes/locations, US and international.
• Compile and analyze large data sets from SAP and other compliance docs.
• Partner with peers to assess risk and present findings to leadership.
• Identify risk and control themes for stakeholders.
• Assist with investigations as requested.
• Demonstrate strong soft and presentation skills.
