The ideal candidate will manage global design schedules, prepare executive presentations, and ensure successful project execution with a focus on high-quality delivery. With at least 10 years of experience in managing multimillion-dollar projects and strong interpersonal skills, the candidate will guide an Interior Design team towards excellence and effective communication across diverse groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in interior design project coordination or project management.
• At least 10 years managing multi-million-dollar interior design projects.
• Experience managing an Interior Design team.
• Strong organizational capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Global Master Schedule and deadlines.
• Prepare Monthly Executive Presentations.
• Coordinate travel logistics and meeting agendas.
• Maintain internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Provide technical support using various software.
