Lead end-to-end intercompany processes across multiple entities, drive efficiency through ERP enhancements, and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and consolidated reporting.
• CPA or equivalent professional designation preferred.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with intercompany accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global intercompany accounting activities and governance.
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and eliminations.
• Collaborate with Tax, Supply Chain, and Finance for compliant flows.
• Drive process improvements and ERP-related automation.
• Support audits with documentation and explanations.
• Develop team members and promote accountability.
