Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Integrated Campaigns Manager to lead global campaigns for its stablecoin and crypto products, including Bridge. You will own the strategy, coordinate a cross-functional team, and ensure local relevance through regional partners.

You will analyze performance, optimize activations across channels, and drive acquisition, engagement, and pipeline growth in a fast-growing fintech environment.

• Experience leading large, global campaigns.
• Strong analytics to interpret campaign performance.
• Ability to influence across senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering campaigns for international localisation.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall campaign strategy and plan for Stripe's stablecoin and crypto products.
• Partner with comms, product marketing, channel teams, regional and field marketing, partner marketing, sales.
• Work with regional marketing to ensure local relevance and advise on campaign delivery.
• Use multi-channel expertise to deliver campaigns via digital, web, email, online events, direct mail, social, events, etc.
• Develop campaign materials including whitepapers, guides, blogs, checklists, and interactive content.
• Use and/or recommend leading tools to improve or accelerate the work of the campaigns function.
• Champion market trends, competitive context, and customer insights to shape campaign strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics with a focus on lead generation and pipeline.
