Job summary

CAE Inc. seeks an Instructor Trainer to lead global onboarding and development of instructor programs in civil aviation.

You will promote standardization of training practices, support courseware creation, and ensure regulatory alignment across centers while driving continuous improvement. Reporting to the Head of Civil Global Instructor Development Training, the role involves delivering trainings, mentoring instructors, and coordinating with HR, training managers, and center leaders to optimize

Qualifications

Hold or previously held ICAO ATPL or CPL.
Hold FAA Instructor Certificate, or Part-FCL Certificate by an EASA Member State, or equivalent.
Three+ years delivering or managing instructor training programs.
Knowledge of regulatory training frameworks (EASA Part-FCL, Part-ORA, FAA Parts 61/135/142).
Experience delivering instructor development training programs.
Strong communication and collaboration across locations/time zones.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor training programs per IDT standards.
Apply global instructional standards consistently across activities.
Coach, mentor, and support instructor development.
Develop and maintain instructor-facing courseware and lifecycle management.
Deliver training across virtual and classroom environments.
Collaborate with Operations, Training Managers, HR, and Center Leaders to align onboarding and qualification sequencing.
Track progress, outcomes, and KPIs; identify improvement opportunities.
