Job summary

BMO Financial Group seeks a Senior Insider Threat Leader to define and govern the enterprise insider threat program. You will lead strategy, risk governance, and an intelligence-led prevention approach across functions including Cybersecurity, Fraud, and HR.

• 10+ years in a global systemically important bank or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end insider threat framework, detection models, case management, and escalation processes (privacy by design).
• Leads cross-functional collaboration across Cybersecurity, Fraud, Legal, HR, and Investigations.
• Develops analytics and risk indicators to guide strategy, investments, and remediation progress.
• Delivers executive reporting on insider threat posture, emerging risks, and control effectiveness.
• Partners with Global Investigations to ensure consistent triage, investigation, and resolution.
• Defines standards for timely, proportional response actions and governance.
