You will lead global programs, optimize spend, and govern supplier relationships with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.

With 8+ years in indirect procurement and strong experience with SAP/SAP Ariba and SpendHQ, you will advance governance, risk management, and cost optimization across regions while supporting

Qualifications

• 8+ years of indirect procurement experience in global or regional settings.
• Knowledge of Facilities Management, IFM, and related services.
• Experience leading sourcing projects, negotiations, and procurement transformations.
• Strong analytical, financial, and budgeting skills.
• Experience in matrixed, multicultural organizations across regions.
• Familiarity with SAP/SAP Ariba and similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and delivery of procurement across facilities and manufacturing.
• Lead global/regional sourcing strategies for cost, quality, and risk.
• Develop category strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations with Legal input.
• Own supplier relationships and governance with key partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams to align procurement with priorities.
• Drive procurement governance improvements and transformation programs.
• Monitor spend analytics, PO compliance, and savings tracking.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and performance management for suppliers.
