The role requires a strategic and operational leader to manage procurement for indirect materials and MRO services across manufacturing facilities. With over 8 years of sourcing experience, you will drive savings generation, supplier consolidation, and operational excellence.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $110,000 - $160,000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401k match.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sourcing/purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with spend-analytics and contract-management platforms.
• Ability to influence facility and product standards.

Responsibilities

• Own savings generation and execution for the category.
• Develop and implement enterprise procurement strategy.
• Lead the MRO Excellence program across BWG sites.
