This full-time role requires leadership in driving savings initiatives, managing supplier performance, and developing procurement strategies within a global framework. The position involves regular domestic travel and aims to establish a robust supply chain within our organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years sourcing/purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in Indirect, MRO, and expensed-items categories.
• Experience in a global, matrixed manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the enterprise procurement strategy for Indirect and MRO.
• Own savings generation and execution for the category.
• Lead the MRO Excellence program across BWG sites.
