Job summary

Waters Corporation seeks an Import/Export Operations Coordinator in Franklin, MA to manage the movement of goods into and out of the US with emphasis on NRI responsibilities. The role requires a Bachelors degree in business or related field and 5-7 years in import/trade, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years import/trade experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of goods into the US and ensure compliant clearance.
• Interface with customs brokers, 3PLs and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage import documentation including customs declarations, invoices, licenses and related forms.
• Audit shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain shipment trackers, KPIs and metrics for NRI plants.
