Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Global Clinical Project Leader to oversee clinical trial execution for immunology programs in biopharma. You will drive operational plans, coordinate resources, manage budgets, and lead matrix teams of Trial and Data Managers to ensure timely delivery of development packages for registration.

The role requires leadership, strategic cross-functional collaboration, and deep experience with GCP and regulatory standards across clinical development stages.

Qualifications

• BS with 8+ years or MS with 6+ years biotech/pharma experience
• senior trial management background preferred
• expertise in clinical development processes, GCP, and regulations
• strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop operational plans including resource and budget management, clinical supply coordination, standard setting, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement
• Manage matrix teams of Trial and Data Managers
• Represent clinical operations in cross-functional strategy meetings
• Ensure high-quality development packages for registration
