Job summary

Villeroy & Boch Group seeks a Project Manager IFM to drive global facility management transition with our strategic partner Apleona. You will own operational execution across plants and sites, ensuring service quality, cost optimization, and harmonization targets.

Responsibilities include governance setup, milestone tracking, budget oversight, and contract negotiations; you will coordinate regional teams and manage supplier relationships while guiding change and TUPE-related processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in leading complex, international projects, ideally within Facility Management transition, procurement, or corporate real estate.
• Strong track record in contract negotiations, service level definitions (SLAs), and supplier performance management.
• Experience in change management, stakeholder communication, and familiarity with TUPE/local labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Set up project governance and team structures for assigned sites; act as deputy for Global Program Leader.
• Develop and manage site-specific implementation plans; track milestones and budgets.
• Harmonize SLAs across sites and negotiate Site Execution Agreements with Apleona.
• Act as primary contact for regional Apleona teams; monitor KPIs and resolve issues.
• Drive supplier transition plans and support local change communication strategies.
