Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in telecommunications, electronics, computer science or related field.
• ICT management certification (ITIL or equivalent).
• Microsoft Certification (MCSA level).
• English & French: Professional proficiency (C1) mandatory (strong asset: Arabic, Spanish or Russian).

Responsibilities

• Advises delegation management on ICT-related matters and technology solutions that support operational objectives.
• Ensures implementation and use of information systems that meet operational requirements and integrate with the global information system.
• Ensures ICT policies, procedures, and standards are implemented and adhered to locally.
• Negotiates contracts and service agreements with local providers.
• Oversees installation, maintenance, and monitoring of communications infrastructure.
• Ensures ICT security measures align with security standards.
• Supervises testing of infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, and related equipment.
• Leads and manages ICT support teams to deliver services.
