Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking a Global IAM Sailpoint Engineer to join our technology team. You will administer SailPoint IIQ, develop and implement IAM solutions, oversee onboarding and lifecycle management, and coordinate PAM integration with security partners.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage stakeholders, estimate effort, and direct development resources. On-call availability and readiness to meet U.S. Federal security requirements may apply.

As the Global IAM Sailpoint Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• SailPoint IIQ administration and troubleshooting

• SailPoint IIQ development and implementation

• Application Onboarding and support

• Lifecycle Management

• PAM Integration

• Account Creation and onboarding

• Vulnerability management (e.g. patching)

• Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g. feasibility)

• Effort estimation & project planning

• Directing development resources assigned

• Integration oversight; escalation management for critical issues

• Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving.

• Vendor Management (e.g. submitting support tickets and follow-up)

• Cross-functional alignment with Security, Infrastructure & App teams

• Experience managing and IT, IAM, or IIQ platform as a supervisor or manager
