Job summary

Ideal Tridon seeks a Global Director for Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) to lead HSE across US and international operations, including Mexico, Europe, Asia and India. Based in Smyrna, TN, the role directs safety, environmental compliance, ESG reporting, training, and audits.

We require a BS in Safety/Health/Environmental and 10+ years of HSE leadership in metalworking or similar industries, with multi-site experience and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in safety, health, environment or closely related field.
• At least ten years HSE experience in metalworking or similar industry.
• Experience with multi-site global responsibilities and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate HSE programs across US and global sites including OSHA, EPA and DOT.
• Develop, implement and monitor safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Oversee ESG reporting and environmental data collection.
• Manage budgets and lead investigations into non-compliance incidents.
• Drive safety training, audits, and KPI-based safety culture initiatives.
