Job summary

Moody's is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead Human Resources and Marketing Services sourcing globally. You will drive end-to-end supplier negotiations and category strategies across benefits, talent acquisition, advertising, media, and public relations, collaborating with Legal, Finance and Technology while advancing AI-driven insights.

You will influence senior leaders, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable savings and value delivery for Moody's enterprise-wide sourcing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
7-10 years in HR and Marketing sourcing in large global corporations.
Experience leading sourcing events (RFPs/RFIs) and negotiations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sourcing for HR and Marketing categories.
Develop category strategies across benefits, recruitment, advertising, media and PR.
Analyze spend and market trends to identify savings opportunities.
Manage renewal pipelines with senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Technology to align sourcing with priorities.
Build relationships with senior leaders to drive decisions.
Leverage analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing efficiency.
