Job summary

iCapital Network, Inc. is seeking a Global Due Diligence and Audit Support Specialist to join the People team.

This role partners with HR, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to support client due diligence, proposal responses, audits, and regulatory examinations. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of HR Operations, the position helps maintain the People function's compliance posture while building trust with prospective and existing clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
• 2-3+ years in HR and working knowledge of HR data.
• 2+ years of auditing experience in regulated environments.
• Strong writing, editing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, customize, review, and maintain HR content for DDQs, RFPs, RFIs and client inquiries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and provide HR SME during client discussions.
• Maintain HR content libraries and audit response procedures.
• Coordinate and manage HR responses to audits and regulatory examinations.
• Collect, validate, and securely maintain confidential documentation for auditors and regulators.
• Review regulatory communications to determine action and escalation.
• Support HR Operations initiatives and special projects.
