Cognizant is seeking an IMS Hosting - Overall Lead to coordinate onshore hosting operations from Alpharetta, GA or Wayzata, MN. The role requires 19+ years of experience and offers strong governance and automation initiatives for reliable service delivery.

Responsibilities include leading cross‑regional teams, managing critical hosting platforms, and ensuring continuous improvement with high availability and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• Data Center Architecture: ability to design and govern scalable, high-availability infrastructure.
• Enterprise Architecture: define standards and roadmaps aligning with business goals.
• Hosting Operations Management: manage Windows Server, SQL Server, Oracle for stability.
• IT Service Management & Operational Governance: handle incidents, changes, SLAs and governance.
• Infrastructure Automation & Continuous Improvement: drive automation and service optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore hosting operations and coordinate service delivery across global and regional teams.
• Manage Windows Server, SQL, Oracle and related hosting platforms for high availability, performance and stability.
• Oversee incidents, changes, problems, risks, and escalations with SLA compliance and governance.
• Drive priority management, resource planning and workload allocation for effective service delivery.
• Promote automation, standardization and lifecycle management with regular updates on service health and improvement initiatives.
