Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer to maintain user access, troubleshoot devices, and provide frontline support across our global teams. You will manage Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and AD services, while delivering timely resolutions and end-user training.

The role emphasizes collaboration within a small IT group and with partners worldwide, requiring strong communication, documentation, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 support.
• Experience with IT helpdesk environments.
• Basic AI tools knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and manage Office 365, Azure AD, and local AD accounts.
• Resolve desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network issues.
• Support field staff on Windows 11 and macOS, with training.
• Provide hardware/software support and remote helpdesk.
• Create and update technical documentation.
• Collaborate with IT staff and vendors on improvements.
• Participate in IT projects and process improvements.
• Work with a globally dispersed team.
• Other duties as required.
