Job summary
United Airlines seeks a Analytics Manager in Chicago to lead transformation and build scalable analytics solutions that evolve with the business. You will develop and refine KPIs to monitor performance and enable data-driven decision-making across operations.
This role requires strategic foresight and hands-on execution, focusing on improving efficiency, reducing turnaround times, and strengthening cost control within Heavy Maintenance lines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or aviation related field or related experience.
- 3+ years in supervisory, project management, or continuous improvement in aviation fields.
- Familiar with process mapping and data visualization standards.
- Experience building dashboards with Palantir/PowerBI.
Responsibilities
- Lead transformation efforts and implement scalable analytics tools.
- Develop and refine KPIs to monitor performance and drive decisions.
- Shape analytics strategy to improve efficiency, turnaround times, and cost control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve analytics framework and digital tools.
- Drive adoption of digital tools to modernize heavy maintenance operations.
