Nike Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive product strategy and creation for Training Apparel, blending innovation, performance, and style for athletes worldwide.

You will lead the category product creation team, set the direction for compelling product stories, and ensure on-time delivery and profitability in a high-visibility role. The ideal candidate has a sharp product aesthetic, strong business insight, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product, merchandising, buying, sales, trend, or apparel-related field.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent leadership and talent development track record.
• Strong product foresight and aesthetic sensibility.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication including presenting to senior leadership.
