Job summary

State Street invites applications for the Global Head of Charles River Technical Implementation Services. This role leads the global TIS practice, directing managers and consultants across projects that implement the Charles River Investment Management Solution.

The incumbent collaborates with sales to position and sell services, interfaces with clients and internal divisions, and reports to the Global Head of Delivery. Strong leadership and industry expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/MS degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematical Finance or related field.
• Experience implementing financial systems and delivering multi-tier financial applications.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients and building senior-level relationships.
• Proven experience in managing a team of 10+ consultants.
• 10+ years of experience in the investment industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff including technical practice managers, senior implementation managers, and consultants.
• Hire, mentor, train and motivate staff.
• Achieve Technical Implementation Services revenue goals and utilization targets.
• Review project status and resolve technical issues with clients.
• Lead the technical delivery of each implementation, ensuring on-time, on-budget results.
