Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline required.
• 20+ years of engineering leadership experience developing complex software products.
• 10+ years leading global software engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term Software & Controls Engineering strategy aligned with BU strategy and technology roadmap.
• Establish the global Software & Controls Engineering operating model, standards, governance, and KPI framework.
• Lead software lifecycle management, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and software quality initiatives across the portfolio.
• Partner with Product Management, Systems, Hardware, and Digital teams to deliver scalable software platforms.
