- 20+ years of software engineering leadership in complex industrial or enterprise environments.
- 10+ years leading global software engineering organizations.
- Expertise in embedded software, controls, cloud platforms, DevSecOps, CI/CD, cybersecurity, software quality, and release management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term Software & Controls Engineering strategy.
- Establish global operating model, standards, governance and KPI framework.
- Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and software lifecycle practices.
- Lead NPI support, software integration, and lifecycle maintenance across products.
- Advance AI, ML, optimization, and digital capabilities in product portfolio.
- Represent Fluence with customers, partners, and industry bodies.
